Welcome to Sam's Steakhouse
What makes dry-aged steaks so delicious? We dry-age our steaks under exacting conditions in our meat locker at 34 degrees for 21-28 days. This creates extraordinarily tender steaks with concentrated flavor. Though it takes time and costs more to dry-age, we think you’ll agree—the result is a remarkable steak you’ll remember.

Dine with Us!
Sam's Steakhouse only serves steaks graded by the USDA as “High Choice” or “Prime.” Sam’s steaks are in-house dry-aged for 21 to 28 days in our climate controlled locker, then char-grilled over live coals so you always get a juicy, flavorful steak.
